LightCAP with Integrated LED Illumination

The LightCAP Capacitive Level Sensor with Integrated LED Illumination combines capacitive level detection with powerful tank illumination in a single device. The sensor is equipped with high-intensity LEDs integrated into the threaded base, enabling both reliable level monitoring and clear visibility inside tanks and containers.

The integrated lighting system can illuminate containers up to 3000 mm deep, making inspection, maintenance and process monitoring significantly easier. Four extremely bright power LEDs provide effective illumination, while the LED bar indicator offers a clear visual representation of the measured level.

Depending on the application and medium, the sensor can be configured with stainless steel (V4A), PTFE (Teflon) or PEEK sensor materials. The integrated power LEDs can be controlled directly via the SET button.

The LightCAP is an ideal solution for industrial applications where level monitoring and container illumination are required simultaneously.
