VA-234

The VA-234 Capacitive Level Sensor Amplifier combines continuous level measurement with three freely programmable switching points in a single device. The amplifier provides one analog process value together with three independent switching outputs, making it suitable for advanced monitoring and control tasks in industrial applications.

Each switching point can be individually configured as a normally open (NO) or normally closed (NC) output and positioned freely along the probe rod according to process requirements. The measured level value can be transmitted as either a current or voltage signal, allowing seamless integration into automation and control systems.

For increased operational reliability, the analog output features cable break protection. The integrated LED bar indicator provides a clear visual representation of the measured level directly on the amplifier.

Depending on the application and measured medium, the sensor can be equipped with stainless steel (V4A), PTFE (Teflon) or PEEK sensor materials.
