The ORCA Hot High-Temperature Capacitive Level Sensor has been specifically developed for precise level measurement of non-conductive media at elevated process temperatures. Its compact probe head and slim design make it ideal for installations where space is limited while maintaining high measurement accuracy.

The sensor delivers reliable and precise measurement results even when medium temperatures fluctuate. Thanks to its robust V4A stainless steel probe rod and process connection, combined with a PEEK temperature insulator, ORCA Hot is designed for demanding dispensing and plant engineering applications involving hot process media.

The compact design allows installation in narrow tanks and complex geometries, while IO-Link connectivity enables remote parameterization and integration into Industry 4.0 environments. Wear-free electronics and a straightforward installation process help reduce downtime and operating costs.
