Compact capacitive level sensor for precise measurement of adhesives, resins and oils

The ORCA Capacitive Level Sensor with IO-Link is designed for precise level measurement in applications where installation space is limited. Thanks to its compact probe head and slim probe design, the sensor can be integrated into tanks and dispensing systems with minimal space requirements.

The ORCA sensor is specifically developed for high-precision measurement of thin to highly viscous adhesives, synthetic resins and oils. Its capacitive measuring principle ensures reliable and accurate measurements even in challenging tank geometries.

The sensor can be operated with or without IO-Link, offering maximum flexibility for both existing systems and modern Industry 4.0 environments. Remote parameterization via IO-Link and a graphical user interface simplifies commissioning and maintenance.

The PTFE probe rod, wear-free electronics and fast installation concept contribute to reduced downtime and a long service life. Installation is straightforward and can be performed quickly using a nut and ratchet.
