CAT-PT with Temperature Measurement

The CAT-PT Capacitive Level Sensor with Temperature Measurement combines level monitoring and temperature measurement in a single device. This dual-function design enables efficient process monitoring while reducing installation effort and component count.

The integrated PT100 temperature sensor is located directly in the sensor tip, allowing accurate measurement of the medium temperature within a range of 0 °C to 70 °C. With an accuracy of ±1 °C, the sensor provides reliable temperature data alongside precise level measurement.

Different probe configurations are available to suit various applications, with probe rod lengths of up to 1000 mm. The temperature signal is available through a separate M8 connector, enabling independent access to temperature data while maintaining compatibility with different amplifier systems.

The CAT-PT is particularly suitable for industrial processes where both level and temperature must be monitored simultaneously.
