Pressure relief valves

Pressure relief valves are designed to protect hydraulic systems from exceeding the allowable pressure by diverting excess hydraulic fluid to the tank or return line. They ensure safe and stable system operation, preventing equipment damage and hazardous situations.

Such valves are widely used in industrial equipment, mobile and heavy machinery, presses, machine tools, lifting equipment, as well as construction and agricultural machinery, where reliable pressure control and limitation are required.

Pressure relief valves are available in subplate mounting versions for installation on standard mounting plates, as well as in cartridge designs for direct integration into hydraulic manifolds. This provides flexibility in hydraulic system design, compact construction, and ease of installation. Cartridge valves reduce the number of connections and pressure losses, while subplate-mounted valves simplify maintenance and component replacement.

Pressure relief valves are designed for maximum pressures of up to 480 bar and maximum flow rates of up to 760 l/min, ensuring reliable, durable, and safe operation under demanding operating conditions.
