Secure, High-Volume Laser Marking

The LW3 is Gravotech’s only Class 1 laser enclosure designed for direct, secure marking of large industrial parts. It combines high marking capacity, advanced safety, and ease of use—perfect for production environments.

Enhanced Marking Volume

Thanks to its three-sided access and large internal height, the LW3 accommodates parts up to 628 mm tall. Compatible with Fiber, Hybrid, and Green lasers, it delivers precise, high-contrast markings on both metals and plastics using a specialized positioning table.

Multi-Level Marking and 3D Capability

The LW3 supports everything from serial numbers to multi-depth engraving and matrix codes on small to medium batches. Add a 3D module for accurate marking on angled or irregular surfaces.

Designed for Industry

A built-in 7-inch touchscreen lets operators manage the marking process directly from the machine. Combined with easy part handling, quiet and ergonomic automatic doors, and robust construction, the LW3 is designed for demanding industrial settings.

Extended Reach with ZX Bridge Option

Available with the ZX bridge, the LW3 can move the laser head along two axes, extending the marking field up to 875 x 300 mm (34.45 x 11.81 in)—ideal for large parts.
