The LW2 is a fully automated laser marking station designed for permanent marking in unit, small series production, or integration within robotic cells. Compatible with Fiber, Hybrid, and Green laser sources, it provides unmatched flexibility and ease of use.

One-Touch Operation

With an intuitive touchscreen interface, simply press “start” and the LW2 takes over: the door closes automatically, the laser head adjusts its focus, and marking is completed within seconds. No specialized training is required—just prepare your marking files and upload them via USB.

Certified Safety, Operator Protection

Classified as a Class 1 laser product, the LW2 ensures complete user safety. Features include a fail-safe relay, certified protective glass, secure door locking with anti-pinch detection, an emergency stop button, and an integrated extraction and filtration system that removes smoke and dust. All mechanical and electrical components are safely enclosed.

Versatile Marking Capabilities

Thanks to its three-sided door and generous marking area, the LW2 can handle a wide range of part sizes and shapes—from small components to more complex geometries. It supports all laser types and offers two software platforms (Lasertrace and Laserstyle) to match your specific application needs.
