CHT51 Series Capacitive Door Control Switches

The CHT51 Series Capacitive Door Control Switches are designed for adhesive mounting on insulating glass (double-glazed glass) and enable reliable touch operation from both sides of the glass surface. Thanks to capacitive sensing technology, the switches can operate directly through double glazing without requiring holes to be drilled in the glass.

The switches are suitable for transportation and building technology applications where clean installation, accessibility and reliable operation are essential. The large touch surface provides intuitive operation, while visual feedback is delivered through 16 bright LEDs.

For users with limited mobility, the switches can be equipped with Braille markings and raised symbols on both sides of the positioning ring. The robust construction, combined with a fully sealed sensor design, ensures reliable operation even in demanding environments.

The sensor is completely sealed in cast resin and provides IP69K protection against water, oil and external influences. With a service life exceeding 100 million operating cycles, the CHT51 series is designed for long-term use in high-frequency applications.
