The LED2WORK TUBELED 40 II is a high-performance tubular LED machine light designed for CNC machines, machine tools, automation systems and demanding industrial environments where reliable illumination and maximum durability are essential. The compact tubular design enables easy retrofitting and integration into machine interiors, enclosed workspaces and industrial production systems.
The TUBELED 40 II provides high-lumen, flicker-free illumination without harmful UV or IR radiation, ensuring reliable visibility and improved visual comfort in industrial applications. High-performance LED chips with daylight white light (5700 K) deliver extremely high luminous output, energy efficiency and brilliant illumination quality.
The LED machine light is specifically developed for harsh CNC and industrial environments. The chip-resistant, vibration- and shock-proof construction combined with optimized thermal stability ensures reliable continuous operation in demanding machining applications. The extruded aluminum housing supports efficient heat dissipation and helps prevent coolant burn-in.
The TUBELED 40 II features IP67/IP69K protection, making it dust-tight and resistant to high-pressure water jets, coolants, oils and industrial contamination. Oil-resistant FKM seals (Viton®) provide long-term sealing reliability and durability in aggressive industrial environments.
A shatterproof toughened safety glass with opal anti-glare finish ensures uniform, low-glare illumination, while the wide 100° beam angle and high color rendering index support excellent visibility inside machine enclosures and industrial work areas.
The TUBELED 40 II is available in high-lumen Power versions and energy-efficient ECO versions for different machine lighting requirements. The 24 V DC connection with M12 daisy chaining allows simple and secure installation. Flexible mounting options are available via separately offered accessories.
Typical applications include metalworking, CNC and tool machines, EDM machines, punching presses, micro-precision machinery, packaging machinery, automation systems and wood or plastic processing equipment.
The TUBELED 40 II is certified according to CE, UKCA, ETL and D-marking standards.
