CHT61 Series Capacitive Door Control Switches

The CHT61 Series Capacitive Door Control Switches are designed for adhesive mounting on insulating glass (double-glazed glass) and enable reliable touch operation directly through the glass surface. Thanks to capacitive sensing technology, the switches can operate through double glazing without requiring holes to be drilled into the glass.

The switches are intended for one-sided operation and can be activated from the outside only. Their large touch surface ensures intuitive operation, while 16 bright LEDs provide clear visual feedback for users.

The CHT61 series is suitable for transportation systems, building technology and information columns. To improve accessibility, selected versions are equipped with Braille markings and raised chevrons on the outer cover ring, supporting users with limited mobility.

The sensor is completely sealed in cast resin, providing IP69K protection against water, oil and demanding environmental influences. With a service life exceeding 100 million operating cycles, the CHT61 series offers long-term reliability for frequently used public applications.
