CENALED LENS Flexarm

The LED2WORK CENALED LENS Flexarm combines bright LED illumination with optical magnification, making it ideal for inspection stations, assembly work, quality control and precision industrial tasks where every detail matters. The illuminated magnifying lens enables clear detail recognition and supports ergonomic working conditions during visually demanding applications.

The luminaire features an integrated illuminated glass lens with a diameter of 116 mm and 4 diopters in a biconvex design for precise magnification and high-contrast visibility. The opal cover and LED ring illumination provide homogeneous, shadow-free lighting with excellent detail clarity.

The flexible and oil-resistant gooseneck with protective sheath enables smooth and precise positioning of the light head. The robust construction with powder-coated die-cast aluminum head and base ensures long-term durability in industrial production environments. The integrated safety glass additionally protects the lighting system during operation.

The CENALED LENS Flexarm delivers bright neutral-white illumination using high-performance LED chips with a color temperature of 5700 K for highly efficient and detailed workplace lighting. Light intensity can be continuously adjusted directly on the lamp head using PWM dimming for optimal adaptation to individual visual tasks.

The high-quality flexible arm is tested for more than 20,000 bending cycles and ensures reliable positioning during continuous industrial use. The universal base is compatible with magnetic feet, table clamps and wall brackets for flexible installation options. A removable lens cover is included for optical protection.

The luminaire is available as:

• AC version: IP65 protection, 100–305 V AC, with 3 m supply cable and SCHUKO plug (CEE 7/7)
• DC version: IP67 protection, 24 V DC, with 3 m supply cable and open wire ends

Typical applications include inspection workstations, workbenches, craft manufacturing, metalworking, machine workstations and industrial assembly environments.
