Hydro-Gear has been at the forefront of electric drive technology for over a decade. In 2009, the Smartec system helped pioneer the introduction of fully electric zero-turn mowers. Smartec transaxles are equipped with the most advanced electric drive systems in their class.
This range is available for various applications, including both residential and commercial use.
Hydro-Gear also offers compatible lithium-ion battery solutions (58V or 88V, with capacities ranging from 40Ah to 80Ah), as well as electric cutting motors.
