An innovative product certified by the employers’ liability insurance association (Berufsgenossenschaft – BG): The LOCKED LZ-P pneumatic clamping elements have been specially developed for the safe and reliable clamping of vertical axes or Z-axes. The wedge principle makes sure that the gravity loaded axis does not drop. In the event of a pressure drop, the brake wedges are pushed simultaneously against the plane-parallel surfaces of the guide rail.
_x000D_Originally developed for 15 mm and 25 mm Bosch Rexroth rails, these clamping elements have been certified by the employers’ liability insurance association following extensive testing. The groundwork has already been done for rails from other manufacturers and in different sizes. As a result, certifications for these can be obtained in no time. Users can achieve holding forces of up to 2500 N.
