Small but extremely powerful: The LOCKED PLK clamping elements are more compact than their counterparts from the PL family, but offer outstanding clamping performance directly on the linear guide. They are versatile and are designed to fit rail sizes ranging from 15 mm to 55 mm, as well as profiles from leading manufacturers. The LOCKED PLK products are characterised by their reliability and space-saving design.
_x000D_With their patented spring-plate system, the LOCKED PLK models can achieve impressive clamping and holding forces of up to 2100 N when vented, along with extremely fast response times. Even when used with greased rails, these clamping elements still achieve a clamping force of 100% thanks to the steel pads. They deliver a maximum holding force, are available in 4-bar or 6-bar versions and have a service life of up to 1 million cycles.
