Precise adjustment for any application: Hydraulic feed controls from the VC product family are ideal for keeping feed rates absolutely constant. To enable this, the hydraulic control is finely adjustable. The thread of the outer body of this closed hydraulic element allows simple assembly while limiting the feed stroke. Models with smooth bodies are also available.
As the hydraulic oil is forced out through the throttle opening, a constant feed rate is achieved over the stroke. The models with a stroke of up to 55 mm feature the tried-and-tested rolling diaphragm – which you probably know from the ACE shock absorbers. This serves as a dynamic seal, as a volume equaliser for the piston rod and as a return element.
