Vacuum pumps and compressors

IVACO pumps of the ICV-ICP series are dry non-contact vacuum and compressor pumps of modular construction consisting of compartments. The pump and gear chambers are separated by labyrinth seals. When the two claws rotate in the opposite direction, air is sucked into the pump chamber, compressed and released under pressure.

In the gear chamber there are two gears with adequate oil lubrication to synchronize the rotation of the claws.

A built-in anti-suction valve, installed in the inlet flange, prevents air from returning to the vacuum chamber when the pump is turned off. The pumps are directly driven by the flanged motor via a coupling.
